November- wrapped up!

Ahhhh...November in NC is glorious! The days are still warm, the nights are cool, and the trees are beautiful shades of red, yellow, orange, and green. We love November down south! November brought more days of play, some silly pics, and Thanksgiving! This year, Nate, Kate, and Kate's parents (Gail and Ed) came for dinner (along with their dogs, Woody and Charlotte). It was so good and nice to have everyone over! Two days after Thanksgiving, Dan, Cathy, and Will came for the day. Cathy's parents live about 35 minute east of us so we were able to spend some time together and open our Christmas gifts from them a little early!

October- wrapped up

Ok- so here's October! In October, we enjoyed the beautiful fall days, watching the leaves change color, and playing outside- oh- and of course- Halloween! My parents came to visit for a long weekend and we all went to a local pumpkin farm. We rode on a hay ride, fed some animals, then got to pick a pumpkin. October was also my cousin's wedding. Derek and I flew back to Buffalo for the weekend to attend and Justin (my brother) and I did a song at the wedding. He played the guitar and I sang "Grow Old With Me". It was a beautiful ceremony and a really fun reception. Enjoy!

September- wrapped up!

Ok- so I know it's December...geesh- I need to keep up on this a bit better- sorry to all my loyal blog checkers if you've been disappointed in the lack of updating the last few months...I'll try and do better! Anywho- here's what we've been up to. September ended in all it's sunny glory and we had fun playing outside, preparing for the holiday season (yea!), and getting aquainted to our new life in NC. Olivia started preschool right after Labor Day and she LOVES it! She goes 3 times a week for the morning and she's having lots of fun with her new little friends. Here are some pics- enjoy!
